Sarah Liebel

Sarah is BetterUp’s Chief Growth Officer and President of Consumer, where she leads a team responsible for driving BetterUp’s growth across Enterprise and Consumer through marketing and product channels.

Sarah is a seasoned executive with significant experience across revenue generation and operations. Prior to BetterUp, Sarah was the Chief Revenue Officer of 1stdibs (Nasdaq: DIBS) where she led teams across sales and operations during the company’s growth from an early-stage startup, through IPO. 

Before joining 1stdibs, Sarah was most recently at Groupon (Nasdaq: GRPN). During her five-year tenure there she held a number of leadership roles including running operations and sales at Ideeli, a fashion flash sales e-commerce company after it was acquired by Groupon, as well as leading deals on the corporate development team. Prior to Groupon, Sarah worked in a variety of finance and strategy roles at numerous technology companies. She also currently serves as a Director on the Board of Aterian (Nasdaq: ATER).

Sarah holds a B.S. in Marketing, Finance, and Business Law from Tulane University and an M.B.A. from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
