Ryan Weber

Ryan is BetterUp’s Chief Talent Officer responsible for the end-to-end execution of BetterUp’s talent strategy and leading a high-powered team dedicated to engaging, attracting, hiring, and onboarding new BetterUppers – a diverse community of people who are brilliant at their craft, passionate about our mission, and deeply aligned to our values.

Ryan was previously a BetterUp customer where he had the opportunity to see firsthand how dedicated 1:1 BetterUp coaching at scale could transform the lives of so many people, as employees and as human beings.

Prior to BetterUp, Ryan held senior talent leadership roles at Google, ServiceNow, and Marqeta. He previously worked in strategy consulting at Bain & Company and in executive recruiting at Spencer Stuart.

Ryan earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Colorado Boulder and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
