Preeya is Vice President of Sales, North America, leading the customer acquisition organization working with enterprise and midsize organizations.

Preeya has a deep passion for developing high-performing teams, and is especially committed to supporting and mentoring women to pursue careers in sales and revenue roles. Prior to BetterUp, Preeya spent seven years at SAP, responsible for teams across the SuccessFactors and Customer Experience cloud businesses. She got her start at CEB, now a part of Gartner, with her last role as a Senior Director leading the rapid growth of the Mid-Market business in Chicago, responsible both for new business and customer retention.

Preeya earned a B.A. in Government & Politics at the University of Maryland, College Park.
