Meredith Speece

Meredith is BetterUp’s Director of Legal and Privacy and has represented public and private technology companies in a broad range of legal, operational, and strategic matters. Meredith served in similar roles, leading teams through change, rapid growth, and acquisitions at SaaS companies such as Mixpanel, where she also served as the Data Protection Officer, Manage.com, and ZipRealty.com. Before making the move to technology, Meredith was a litigator in Chicago representing some of the world’s largest financial institutions.

Meredith holds degrees in Philosophy and Political Science, summa cum laude, from St. Ambrose University, and a J.D. from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP-US).
