Leslie Barber

At BetterUp, Leslie focuses on growing our specialty coaching offering. Prior to joining BetterUp, Leslie Barber founded Grief Warrior, her forever love letter to her husband, Steve, who died of cancer in 2015. Grief Warrior has brought recognition, respect, and reconnection to the grieving through organizational trainings and workshops and other offerings. Leslie is a trained coach and has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
