Former San Diegan Christina Bobb is reportedly among 18 people indicted by a grand jury on charges that they took part in an Arizona fake elector scheme to re-elect then-President Donald Trump in 2020.

The state’s attorney general announced the indictment Wednesday, with court papers listing a “former U.S. president,” presumably Trump, as an unindicted co-conspirator.

La Jolla’s Harry Litman said on X: “Not just the electors but a bunch of Trump insiders — including Trump White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, attorneys Rudy Giuliani, Jenna Ellis, John Eastman and Christina Bobb — will be indicted in Arizona.”

On MSNBC, Litman told “All in” host Chris Hayes that it was Bobb’s first criminal indictment — even though she faces a civil suit in the Dominion Voting Systems defamation case.

The San Diego State University MBA and former One America News correspondent — who went on to become an attorney for Trump — insisted in her book “Stealing Your Vote” that “Kari Lake clearly won” the Arizona governor’s race.

Bobb’s book devotes much attention to the audit of Maricopa County in her home state of Arizona — but fails to report the result of the count: “Cyber Ninjas tallied 99 additional votes for Biden and 261 fewer votes for Trump than previously counted,” noted one report.

Wednesday’s indictment is redacted to conceal the name of seven defendants, in addition to the 11 who were named.

Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes said in a press release announcing the felony charges that those names would be made public after all of the defendants had been served.

Electors are people chosen to formally cast a state’s electoral votes in the U.S. Electoral College system used in presidential elections.

“The people of Arizona elected President Biden,” Mayes said in a video release. “Unwilling to accept this fact, the defendants charged by the state grand jury allegedly schemed to prevent the lawful transfer of the presidency.”

Bobb didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment I sent her via direct message on X.

Last month, the Republican National Committee hired Bobb to serve as its senior counsel for election integrity.

In January 2023, OAN CEO Robert Herring Sr. and his network president son Charles Herring were joined by co-defendants Chanel Rion and former correspondent Bobb in denying they libeled election-tech company Dominion Voting with rigging accusations.
