You may just be getting over being waterlogged over the weekend in San Diego, but there are good days ahead, we promise, days full of flowers and song.
A new concert series that launched in January continues at the Reuben H. Fleet Center Thursday, with Venice set to play Friday and Steve Poltz up on March 21. Tickets for the Balboa Park venue range from $22-30.
And is there a bigger sign of spring’s arrival than the opening of the Flower Fields in Carlsbad? You have until May 11 to see thousands upon thousands of blooms laid out before you.
As @TheFlowerFields tweeted after the storms, “Great news! No damage to the #flowers due to the rain. The amount of rain was just perfect to wash everything clean to start off the #season.”
General admission is $12, or $25 for a season pass at the Flower Fields.
