Evelyn Kim

Evelyn is BetterUp’s Vice President of Product Design & UX Research and is responsible for the user experience design for members, Coaches, and enterprise partners on mobile and web platforms. She leads a team of Product Designers, Content Designers, and User Experience Researchers who shape how behavioral growth and change show up in customers’ flow of work and life.

Evelyn was previously a design leader at Uber where she oversaw various teams including UberEats and Driver teams. Prior to Uber, Evelyn was one of the first visual designers at Google who brought Google Maps to billions of mobile users for nearly nine years. It was during her time at both Uber and Google where she cultivated a passion for developing design workshops for career coaching, which ultimately brought her to BetterUp.

Evelyn earned a B.A. from the Rhode Island School of Design and has a Master’s in Design Management from Pratt Institute.
