Estela Weinmann

Estela is BetterUp’s Head of Communications & PR and leads earned media strategy and press communications. Her focus is telling the BetterUp story through an approachable yet deep understanding of business and customer outcomes that will help drive affinity and recognition for the BetterUp brand.

Estela has over 15 years of communications experience and began her career on the agency side supporting brands like Procter & Gamble, Levi’s, Starbucks, and Microsoft through strategic media relations and grand-scale communications campaigns.

Most recently, she was Director of Global Communications at Headspace, a mindfulness and meditation brand, where she managed direct-to-consumer and enterprise media strategy, thought leadership, influencer relations, and partner communications.

Estela graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a degree in Communications Studies and a minor in Spanish.
