Chanel Fanaberia

Chanel is BetterUp’s Vice President of Operations and is responsible for growing and fostering BetterUp’s global network of 2,000 coaches working across 30+ languages and 60+ countries. BetterUp Operations is a core part of building and supporting all BetterUp experiences through swift, comprehensive, personalized, and delightful service to members, partners, and coaches.

As a results-driven leader with deep experience building marketplaces that transform the way we live, Chanel brings extensive experience in operations and product management and has helped scale some of the fastest-growing companies in recent history including Lyft and Eventbrite.

Chanel graduated magna cum laude from San Diego State University with a B.A. in Journalism.
